For control of pink borer, stem borer, yellow borer and many kinds of agricultural insects in paddy field and cotton bollworm in cotton field.

FIRST AID

Wear protective gloves/protective clothing/eye protection/face protection.

IF IN EYES: Rinse cautiously with water for at least 15 minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing.

Induce vomiting if swallowed and send to hospital with the label.

Dispose of contents/container to a licensed hazardous waste disposal contractor or collection site except for empty, clean containers which can be disposed of as non-hazardous waste.

To avoid risks to human health and the environment, comply with the instructions for use.

Antidote: Subcutaneous or intravenous injection with atropine 1-5mg.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE

RESTRICTIONS OR WARNINGS:

Sun protection while spraying.

CONSULT PROCESSORS BEFORE USING ON CROPS RECOMMENDED FOR PROCESSING.

AVOID DRIFT onto neighbouring crops, especially tomato and melon crops.

Do not used near apiary, mulberry field and cocoonery.

Do not mixed with alkaline matter.

APPLICATION PERIOD

At the end of the rice tillering and the hatching peak period of the stem borer eggs. To spraying at the end of the afternoon is preferred, be careful to spray evenly. Spraying twice if insect damage is severe.

MIXING AND SPRAYING

Mixture Ratio: 1.5-2.4L LEWA and 600-750L water per hectare.

Use the higher rate if insect damage is severe.

Ensure the sprayer is clean and in good working order. Calibrate according to sprayer manufacturers' recommendations.

Half-fill the spray tank with clean water and add the required quantity of LEWA. Add the remainder of the water and continue agitation until spraying is complete.

RINSE CONTAINER THOROUGHLY by using an integrated pressure rinsing device or manually rinsing three times. Add washings to sprayer at time of filling and dispose of container safely.

Wash out the sprayer thoroughly after use by rinsing three times with water.

OPERATOR PROTECTION

Engineering control of operator exposure must be used where reasonably practicable, in addition to the following personal protective equipment:

WEAR SUITABLE PROTECTIVE CLOTHING (COVERALLS), SUITABLE PROTECTIVE GLOVES AND FACE PROTECTION (FACESHIELD) when handling the concentrate.

WEAR SUITABLE PROTECTIVE CLOTHING (COVERALLS) AND SUITABLE PROTECTIVE GLOVES when handling the contaminated surfaces.

WEAR SUITABLE PROTECTIVE CLOTHING (COVERALLS) when applying by vehicle-mounted or trailed equipment.

TAKE OFF IMMEDIATELY all contaminated clothing.

WASH ALL PROTECTIVE CLOTHING thoroughly after use, especially the insides of gloves.

WASH HANDS AND EXPOSED SKIN before eating and drinking and after work.

If you feel unwell, seek medical advice immediately (show the label where possible).

IN CASE OF CONTACT WITH EYES, RINSE IMMEDIATELY with plenty of water and seek medical advice.

WASH ANY CONTAMINATION from skin immediately.

ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION

Do not contaminate water with the product or its container. Do not clean application equipment near surface water. Avoid contamination via drains from farmyards and roads.

STORAGE AND DISPOSAL

KEEP IN ORIGINAL CONTAINER, tightly closed, in a safe place.

WASH OUT CONTAINER THOROUGHLY, empty washings into spray tank and dispose of safely.

DO NOT RE-USE CONTAINER FOR ANY PURPOSE.
